James was good professional fairly good communicator. Only problem we had is with the BMW piece of equipment had to be programmed at BMW by a specialist in Germany didn’t know that and neither did BMW so we got that taken care of and so far we’re just waiting for our final check from the insurance, but we’ve paid A&W. We’re definitely use them again.
