Lower door molding with Crome was not installed properly. Returned to have it fixed but still rattles when door is closed. Tape was used that helped secure the molding since it appeared that the screws that hold the molding may be stripped. Otherwise, good job with repairs.

Left B&H stow and Go tow hitch dangling so it bottomed out hard when leaving lot. Key left in cup holder unlocked next to sidewalk, anybody could have drove off with it in seconds.....if I have business with you in the future, keep the key in the office please.. Somebody turned on the rear seat reading light and left it on. You are fixing my fender, what are you doing in my back seat? Disconnected my Banks system to access ODC connection, failed to reconnect system when done... All littlest things, but add up to a 9 instead of a 10.
