From the moment I contacted ACE by phone, everyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable & happy! They completed my auto repair in exactly the amount of time they said. They dropped me off and they delivered my car after it was completed. They did an excellent job fixing my car! I highly recommend them!

Excellent work very kind family owned business I decided not to have the repair work painted because I am having the entire car painted. I expected this may cause a problem on the price. They had no problem and subtracted the cost of painting it. I dropped it off and the kindly drove me home. The next city over. The following day they called and said your car is done. They again kindly dropped it off and had another employee follow to deliver my car to me. Outstanding customer service. Quality work. I hope not to get in another accident but if I do I will be going back to Ace Body. The scale of satisfaction is 10. I give them a 20!! Thanks to everyone at Ave Body in Lincoln , CA. Regards, Mia PS. I got another estimate that was $1600.00 more Ace charged me $1600. The other place wanted $3200.00 and said once they got into it there may be additional charges if there was any damage they could not see. I felt they would probably find other things wrong to charge me more. Ace was firm with their price !! I have worked for myself as a designer for 37 years. I believe customer service is number one. Ace has great customer service!!

Our experience with ACE Body Shop was excellent. My first contact was with Jason and he was very thorough and explained everything to me that needed to be done and will be done when completed. I found their response time and cooperation to be excellent. The original estimate price. The original estimate price did not change. I also have the pleasure of having a nice conversation with Pete, the owner for the past 31 years, and he was a pleasure to talk with. It’s also advantageous they are a family business. I found the staff at Ace, body shop, in Lincoln, to all be excellent. We’re totally satisfied with the work that had been done on my wife’s Lexus. It was completed on time, and anytime that I had a question it would be answered, and there’s always a smile in their voice. We totally recommend he’s talking about a shop and if needed, hopefully not, we will use them again. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pete, & and learn the history of their shop. …Dan .
