Jason did a good job working with me to lower the repair cost since we were paying out of pocket. However, the car came back with 2 issues that I had to fix. In the replacement of the radiator, the coolant line to the lithium battery inverter was not reconnected so the battery stopped working. I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. Also a plastic splash guard behind the replaced bumper was not secured properly so it started to rattle. I had to use tie wraps to fix it.
