Dealing with Jesse was a breeze. He kept me up to date and responses to emails were timely. I’m not sure which female reached out to me about the pickup time of my vehicle but it resulted in me paying $45 in gas charges on my rental because I was rushed. If I would have known prior they could drop my rental off and they were closing early then I would have had sufficient time to fill up the gas on the rental to avoid extra charges.

This is the second time I’ve selected B and D Paint and Body for damage to my vehicle. Again, B and D exceeded my expectations. Repairs were completed by the next day; craftsmanship and paint finish was excellent. Staff was very friendly; two staff members who I believe to be the manager and another gentleman took the time to say we appreciate your business on the way out the door. Service was 5 star. Would definitely recommend friends, neighbors, and family to B and D Paint and Body for collision repairs.
