Unfortunately having to make an extremely poor recommendation for B & D Collision .. There are some positive points but the phone call today and the overall commitment to customer satisfaction ended EXTREMELY POOR.. Basically made multiple communication points regarding my tire .. wanting the damaged tire returned upon completion since I paid for that original tire with a warranty for a total of approximately $400 and the owner (Bobby) the manager (Keith) the "Team" who promised they would make right .. since they allowed my original tire to be discarded.. has now decided that they will not . Under complete negligence of their own.. will not replace the tire I asked to be returned to me upon completion. You say you will make things right and agreed 100% to resolve the situation... have now decided they will not replace the tire under any circumstances.. period.. they will and have tried to convince me of their reasoning and decision but again.. deception and poor customer service and poor decision making.. here we are.. and honestly the management doesn't care 0% 🙄 soooooooo 100% FAILURE . BAD DECISIONS = BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE = LOST MONEY 💰

The repairs took longer than expected, but I truly appreciate the care and attention given to ensure everything was done correctly. Daniel and Kieth were both professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent job—I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them to others

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are all so nice and polite. They explain everything and let you ask questions. The work they do is always amazing!!! When the young man that brought my car around was so sweet and respectful. Blake came out to tell me bye and said let him know if I needed anything else. Wonderful people!!!!! So thankful for them!!!
