Tail-lights not plugged back after removing bumper cover. EX symbol in the wrong place. Too bad, paint work was really good and vehicle was vacuumed, which I really appreciated

This is the only body shop that I have used in the 12 years I have lived in this area. I have used them several times; however, the quality of their workmanship has seriously declined based upon the last two times they have had my car for repairs. I will never use this shop again and have told a few folks who I had previously recommended use this shop that they are no longer as good as they used to be.

B&E did not fix all of the damage that occurred during the accident. I pointed out the discrepancies when they said it was done. They kept the car an additional day and said they corrected everything, but they still did not fix everything I had pointed out multiple times. Not only did they not fix all the damage from the accident, they also caused more unrelated damage and refused to fix it.
