They did not paint the scoop on the hood. Now it is faded looking and remainder of hood is new paint.

The one negative in my experience was the much longer than expected completion time. However, I understand that this was due to a delayed part from the supplier. Everything done at B & E was first rate, and my car looks beautiful. Kudos to the paint team for an outstanding job on the Soul Red color. Honestly can't find a flaw in the repair. Many Thanks!

My sequoia was fixed and looks better than when I bought it! Panel gaps look good and even, and everything functions as it’s supposed to. They even gave it a good wash and wipe down before I got it back. The team was VERY good with communicating with me every step and were easy to get ahold of for any questions I had. 10/10 experience, if I have to have another car fixed I will use B&E again!

The car repairs were great, but the lack of communication, the length of time it took, and the "that's really sad" I don't care attitude about how much it cost me out of pocket while they sat on parts before ever starting the work, 20 out of 10 would not recommend

Never let me know what was going on with my car, sat on my car parts for almost 2 weeks before even starting the work, the only information I received is when I callled to check on progress. During one phone conversation, I told the guy in charge of the work on my car, that because of their delays, I have paid over $500 out of pocket for the rental car, and that was after the 30 days the insurance paid for the rental car, the response I got, "that's really sad, we've had your car longer than anyone's, but it's on the top of our list"
