B Street Collision Center was founded by Bob and Norma Wiese in 1978 as “B Street Auto Body”. Our vision has always been to become the “Premier Post-Collision Solutions Provider”. Bob knew that in order to achieve this vision, he needed to provide the best repairs around, and somehow ease the stress of being in an accident. After that, he went about designing an unparalleled 3-part strategy: Estimators are taught to give exceptional customer service and to educate, not sell, the customer. Technicians are trained to meet high-standards for quality repairs. Each shop is given state-of-the-art equipment from industry leaders, which are consistently updated and upgraded. In combination with the new "Assembly Line" & "Quality Control Checkpoints" Bob and Norma's sons have installed the NEW B Street Collision Center Repair Process, B Street Collision is not only different but operates in the top 1% of Collision Repairers. My Experience

Everyone I encountered at the Liberty location provided amazing customer service. I was kept in the loop at where my car was in the repair process and taken care of promptly when issues arose with my rental car. Anthony, Lea, Courtney and Dominic were who I interacted with, but I know everyone in the shop has to be great to work with those four. Hopefully I don’t need repairs from an accident again, but if I do, it’s a no brainer where I’ll be taking my service.

Exceeded our expectations!! Customer service , responsiveness by front desk (Lea) and Courtney were exceptional. Hertz rental car was awful and tried to charge me an extra day before my vehicle was even ready and Courtney made calls to insurance co and hertz to straighten this out! She was awesome. I had never heard of B Street prior but they are awesome and my damage was repaired beautifully! A+. I rarely take the time to do reviews but they deserve my recommendations.
