You guys did a great job repairing the damage to my car! I can't even tell where someone hit me! The biggest surprise I got was you guys washing my car outside and totally cleaning the inside! That was awesome! I've been needing to clean my car out for quite a while! I hope to never have to use you guys again but if something happens, you will be the first ones I come to!

The exterior of the car looks great but there are some marks on the interior of my door where is was removed that weren’t there before.

The communication was great and I appreciated the updates but I was not happy at the end. On Wednesday I was contacted and told the car was still on track to be completed by the following Friday (June 26) Then 48 hours later I was called and told it was done and I should come get it. This short notice created chaos in my schedule and with my rental car because insurance had been notified that the repairs were complete. I made plans around the information I received and suddenly having the car completed with no warning was very problematic. It seems to me that changing the completion schedule by a full week was something you should have communicated with me before noon on a Friday. It was very poor disappointing.
