The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The body work done and parts replaced look exceptional. They briefly detailed the inside of my vehicle as well; it had that new car smell as well. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I would 100% recommend B Street Collision to anyone. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any shop and I once owned a Chrysler product.

My vehicle was taken there for the most simple repair. When I got it back, there was too much wrong with it to list. When I called them on the phone to tell them about it, they acted like they did not believe me. When I showed up With my vehicle, they made excuses and acted like I did not know what I was talking about. After I took them for a test drive, they realized how bad they messed up and how bad the work was. I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend this place

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. When I called and I told them that I noticed my truck had been driven and I wanted to know what they found. Knowing upfront, they told me they was going to have to take it for a test drive. They were very defensive and acted like I was accusing them as using my truck as a joyride.
