I had to personally call to get updates. While the texts were okay, they often caused some confusion with my insurance company. When I called, I got great customer service. But I would have preferred to receive a call before a delayed date text was sent so I knew why. Lots of calls with my insurer and rental car company because b street automation wasn't going through on their end.

Lee was super helpful she made it a smooth experience I didn’t have to do anything she did it all. They even got me a ride to enterprise and did my return on the car. They cleaned my car when I picked it up they did a phenomenal job! The lady’s are super nice. I’ll becoming back ! Techs are good. If you want a stress free experience go here you won’t regret it. They called and kept me updated too!
