Again. You cannot release a car that is leaking coolant. I cannot stress that enough.

I know you said you consider anything below a 10 is a failure but I can't ignore the fact that there was coolant leaking from my vehicle after we picked it up due to an error on your end. The ONLY reason we even knew about it was because we happened to have a part that needed to be replaced under warranty at the dealership so we'd driven it straight there after picking it up. You did fix the leak for us but still -- that cannot happen. It is completely unnerving and unacceptable. I also had issue with getting questions answered. It seemed like you had a text system that was initially working for back and forth communication but once you had my vehicle, I never got a response again. I mentioned it at pick up and no one seemed very concerned about it. Nothing major was missed; it was just annoying.
