Quality of work performed was good. However, it took 2+ mos to get an appointment and the estimator agreed to perform a very small amount of repair work outside of or in addition to the insurance claim work (which I would self pay for) and did not. Then he agreed to send me the estimate for said extra work and two weeks later has not done so.

Despite the fix needed after repairs were complete, I was still very satisfied with Suntrup front desk, timeliness, communication and desire to get all fixed as quickly as possible. There was also no delay in the scheduled date to drop my car off.

The door replacements looked great, but was frustrated that I brought the car back for the noise issue, and they fixed it quickly. Only to get it home and it wasn't fixed. There was no way the technician drove the car after "fixing" it the first time. Second time seemed to fix it.

Suntrup was great about communication from the beginning, no long waits either. Tina was always cheerful. Nick kept in touch on progress, and my car was ready earlier than expected. There was a snafu with the rear passenger door. Fixed eventually, after 2 visits back to dealer.

The repair identified was great. Don't know how the portion on the top of the car would have been damaged but for the car wash. It does not interfere with the operation of the car.

Everyone was kind and professional. The car did however have a problem with some black peeling material on the steering wheel (after the quick carwash) and a piece on the very top of the car was slightly dislodged from its position.
