The outside and inside of your building is beautiful. Everyone in there was very pleasant and extremely polite. My car was finished one week early. I am completely satisfied with the care they took with my car. And I am also extremely satisfied with the way I was treated.

I’m happy with the repair and the price was in line with 3 other quotes I received from shops in the area. Although it took two weeks for a minor repair (headlight assembly had to be ordered twice because arrived damaged) I was going to give it a higher score like an 8/10; however when I asked for a second quote for a small dent not to be included in the insurance claim, I was shocked at the price. For a simple quote for a minor dent with no paint damage I was asked north of $1,700 which is outrageous. If that had to go through insurance no agent would accept it. I work on cars as a hobby and I am very familiar with costs and processes. There is a dent removal shop right next to your facility that Bstreet has also used that would quote less than $200 for the same job. I was happy that I finally found an honest, quality body shop in town until I was given the quote for the dent. Seemed to me they were just trying to get me since the car was already in the shop for an insurance claim. Bad practice and bad start for a new business trying to establish themselves in this area.

Excellent customer service, great communication, and quality work. I was very happy with everything from the beginning to the end. Jimmy was particularly helpful: when my car was ready, I didn't have an easy way to pick it up since my family was out of town. Jimmy took 40 minutes out of his day to follow me home with the car just to make sure I didn't have to wait till after the holidays. Thanks Jimmy and B Street!
