My repairs were necessary but extremely unwanted from my end. The debacle with this collision has been unpleasant since the accident. B Street Collision probably has the best customer service. Jimmy probably is the reason I proceeded with repairs. He is kind in a world that has not been nice. Nic also worked with me in a professional and kind manner. While I hated the extensive expense, these two gentlemen eased my rage with kindness. For that reason, I give a pretty high number. I don't really care about the car. I need it desperately but if kindness lacks, transportation anywhere doesn't matter. These two guys and Amanda and Ashley bettered my outlook. Plus, the car repairs are above satisfactory. I should give a 9 but I dwell on the unpleasantness of this darn accident. I do thank the B Street Collision team for bettering my experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
