I dealt with Allison and Steve who were really great to work with. They took the pain out of having been in an accident in terms of my auto being repaired. They both were extremely professional, engaging, knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive to my questions, upfront with providing information that I may need. They made the process easy and because of how they acted I was very comfortable having my SUV repaired at Badell's. I toured the facility which was organized, clean and generally impressive. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of Badell's from the outstanding service to the progress updates, timeliness and work they performed on my SUV.
