I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I never had to wait for help nor did I need to ask questions because they had anticipated and answered them already. The body work is beyond my expectations. The colors match perfectly and my car looks brand new. I had no problems or concerns at all. I highly recommend Baileys Crossroads Auto Body.
