School is still out. USAA covered damage so I came. Ever since the big expansion the dealership has declined in the friendly atmosphere. It's now big and feels impersonal. Also it's pricy.

When I first came to inquire about the repair, one guy in the shop walked me to a supervisor, after that I was verbally directed incorrectly by a couple different folks. I ended up leaving once. I understand construction but really poor customer care. it took resolve to come back.
