The vehicle was involved in a hit & run incident the day it was scheduled to be taken in. We could’ve left the vehicle in the shop and had Baker perform the work, but there was no way I wanted to deal with them again.

Judging by the caliber of vehicles they were repairing (Porsche, Mercedes, etc) it seems obvious that they do an excellent job. They certainly did in my case.

My repair was incomplete on the set completion date and I had two bring it back on multiple occasions to fix mechanical issues that were not resolved. I told the representative Hal That I heard some noise under my car when I hit bumps. You guys checked it out and said everything looked good. I took it to another shop where we identified that my passenger side inner tire rod nut was not secured. The nut that was adjusted by you guys to align my vehicle

Absolutely horrible customer service. Some of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Would highly recommend that no one ever use this shop.
