No honest communication. Emails and telephone calls received were incorrect. Even the estimate in writing said 5 days to repair. Actual time in shop was around 15 days.

no updates were provide throughout the repair windo(time the car was spent in the shop), however in person and on the phone a solid 10, awesome cutomer service.

The front license plate holder and decorative plate were not put back on. I have to come back to have it done. When I picked up the car, the license plate holder and decorative plate were laying in the back of the car.
