We have used Balboa Auto Repair in the past. The workmanship was great, then. The body repair was good this time, but the issues with the mirror and lack of communication are what brought the rating down for this repair.

Had to wait an extra day because if an incorrectly added mirror. Additionally, after receiving the car, mirror had a broken part. We are still waiting for that to be fixed.

When I picked up the car there was a trouble code on the dash which wasn't there when we dropped it off. Took it the Honda dealer, paid $110.00 to get diagnoses of "who ever took it apart forgot to reconnect the sensor wire". I guess I'm stuck with the bill for this and the additional days I had to pay for the rental car. Other than that the customer service girls were very polite and professional.
