I was unnecessarily charged for a co-pay that had already been paid by my insurance. I was told that my car could not be released unless I paid $500. My insurance company has contacted your offices three times and I still have not been reimbursed by your company.

First off, the staff at balboa auto body was accommodating in every way and very helpful and friendly. Secondly, Corey was amazing. She was present every time i had a question or called to check in on the status of my car. She is very knowledgeable in cars and helped me understand every step of the process of getting my car fixed. Everyone at balboa auto body has done a tremendous job and i would definitely bring my car back for future repairs. Thank you!
