Eric was a pleasure to deal with, everybody did a great job and completed the job on schedule! I really appreciate Eric working with Volkswagen getting the car to him after they serviced it and getting it back to them so they could detail it once the collision work was completed. Eric and the staff at Bank Street Auto are the definition of customer service. I had my vehicle in for extensive repairs including an exhaust system replacement. They completed the repairs and I went to drive home and I experienced an issue with my Nissan Pathfinder. I called the office after hours and they called back within a half hour and came and towed my vehicle back to the shop. Come to find out it was an air bubble and they had my car back to me within a few hours. Eric actually drove my truck to me. They explained everything they were fixing on my truck in detail and treated me with respect. I also had an issue with my truck making a humming noise in the front end of the truck. Eric and his staff found the power steering fluid to be low and put more fluid in and now I am experiencing no issues. Lastly they just put new tires on my vehicle and the price was the lowest around. I would recommend this shop to anyone with car issues. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Everyone at Bank Street Auto was Great. Our auto accident happened while we were 1500 miles from home. Everyone there did their very best to get us back underway as quickly as possible. They were all very nice, and the repair was done very well.
