I would prefer a reminder call a day or 2 before drop-off, but otherwise fine. Alex was very nice and friendly. He explained the quote to me and answered all my questions. Work was completed on time and slightly under quoted price.

Overall the quality of repair is excellent. I asked to have the headlight bulbs upgraded while the car was taken apart, one headlight was broken and needed replacement. Only the broken was replaced. Now I have one headlight brighter than the other.
