The shop did not offer a loaner or rental car, they kept my car for an entire week and it cost me $429 dollars for that week, plus my deductible, so it ended up being a very expensive repair!!!!

Needed minor fixing which was discovered as I drove it out of the shop.

I was not notified when repairs were complete. Service shop was not notified of service requested to be completed after body shop was complete. As a result I had to call to confirm body work was done on Saturday, body shop was closed luckily service shop found paperwork and confirmed that they did NOT get notified of service to be done. This resulted in my car being in the shop over the weekend unnecessarily. This is the 2nd time this had happened to me. Body shop and service shop need to learn to communicate and hand-off work to each other.

I have already been recommending Barnet Kia to friends. From Sales process (very good ) to pick up, maintenance scheduling, or repairs, they know how to make things easy for customers. Always address concerns and always have alternatives to accommodate needs. Love it there!

Repair quality very good. If someone does not know the back bumper was damaged, it's impossible to tell. Car looks like new.

This is my second negative interaction. I quite frankly do not want to ever buy another car there, nor go there. I didn’t receive my license plates- when I asked about it, I was told I should have received a letter as $7 was owed - I stated I did not. Come to find your establishment has an incorrect address for me. Now I have a faded paper plate, that could not be replaced and still no plates after 5 months.
