My two experiences couldn’t have been different. My experience before this when Ryan was managing was a 10. This experience was a 1.

I’m not happy at all with my most recent repair. It took 3 weeks longer than stated and I had to call in each time for an update after not hearing from them, I was never updated when there were delays without taking effort on my part. I was even told it was done, only to come in and then be told it needed to be redone. There are dust and debris speckles in the paint job (not huge ones, but if you look closely they can be seen), and part of the tailgate wasn’t re-added properly. I’m beyond disappointed with the experience, and it’s too bad since my last experience with Barnett‘s Auto Body shop a year or so ago was quite pleasant.
