Communication skills are lacking,and in need of improvement.Would have appreciated it more if someone would have just given me a courtesy call to let me know what was going on.Even though there were some mix ups with wrong parts being sent in.Just a phone call would have been appreciated.Instead it was left up to me to call in to check the status of my truck.
