Had to go to a different office to make the payment was not aware of that. Investigation I guess that was Change of in-house when you pick up to pay for in a different office.

The repair took to long. I was told 1 week I left phone messages and no return call made back to me. I should have been told to bring my car in on a Monday.

The work was okay with minor things that needed to be corrected before we took the car. If I wouldn't have sent my mechanic friends I wouldn't have seen it and the door would have rusted off the car eventually.

Once a few minor things were fixed when we went to pick it up it was fine but they should have been taken care of before we came seeing how our car was there for almost 4 months.
