The entire process of a total repaint on my 2012 F150 was a very good experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the progress of my truck. The end product was perfect. Truck looks new again and is ready for more years of use.

Our car was totaled and did not get repaired. I also told the lady that called me.

They called and said our car was in the paint shop being repaired, and it would be done by the following Friday. The next day, they called my husband and said we were misinformed, that the insurance company hadn't made a decision whether it would be fixed or totaled.

Joni was amazing to work with. She took extra time to find an original factory part at a lower cost for my little pony. . She also provided regular timely updates on the status of my vehicle at every step and in the process. I have no real complaints. The quality is very good. I did notice that one of my stake pocket covers is missing. Unfortunately they come in a four pack..so if I buy another pack I will have seven.

I am very satisfied with the work quality on my truck repair. I am disappointed with the time it took. But...I now understand the body shop is backed up. I guess a lot of people want a quality repair so the body shop is backed up. Everyone I had contact was a professional. I am sure everything was done to get the work done ASAP.
