With all the issues, I will never recommend Bartow Ford, for anything.

Multiple pieces and parts left off the car. Lied to me about the age of the tires. Was told over 6 years old. So they wouldn't do an alignment from the incident. Oldest tire is 0221.. not even 5 years old.. Also, instead of worrying about safety, chose to tell me I had to replace the front tires. Instead of rotating them. Then, missing hood seal on drivers side from doing the repair. I sent pics. A pic was returned with my car on a charger, saying this is the day the car arrived. That battery wasn't dead the day it arrived. The car has 264k miles on it. That was a pic, after the car sat there for 3 weeks... Another Lie. Incomplete work. Lazy Tech. Safety issues Out right lies. I will fix the car myself and buy cheap non Nissan parts, just like the body shop did to save money. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR ADVISE BARTOW FORD!
