There’s a small ding by the door handle that wasn’t there when I dropped off the vehicle. The windshield has a crack, and the crack was circled with a yellow marker but the windshield was not replaced.

The lady was not professional that I showed the dent on the hood. She acted like I was interrupting her day. She was short with her words and was almost to the point of being rude. She took a picture of it and said something like “Now I got it” as she turned and walked away from me, leaving standing there.
