There’s a small ding by the door handle that wasn’t there when I dropped off the vehicle. The windshield has a crack, and the crack was circled with a yellow marker but the windshield was not replaced.

The lady was not professional that I showed the dent on the hood. She acted like I was interrupting her day. She was short with her words and was almost to the point of being rude. She took a picture of it and said something like “Now I got it” as she turned and walked away from me, leaving standing there.

Body mechanics has done such a wonderful job on my truck and you can’t tell it was even damaged . Delaney done an awesome job with communicating every step of the way. She made appoint to see me even when she was busy, she’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to family and friends!!
