Everything started out great but as the weeks went on, communication went downhill. We were primarily communicating via text message. And while that was okay at first, we would get automated messages about the vehicles progress when it was already well pass that step. Leading to a lot of confusion. When we get the truck, we were told that it needed to come back in for a new tire, which is no problem. They said the following Monday-Wednesday the tire should be in. After no hearing from them I called Wednesday with no response but I left a voicemail. Thursday goes on and I have not heard anything still. I finally reach someone on Friday where they say that the tire has been in for days now…. And if we can come in. As a newly married couple who works well over 45+ minutes from Bartow ford, it is not that easy to leave our jobs at the drop of a dime. It was very frustrating to have to 1. Get the wrong responses and timeline information 2. Not have good communication between the phone team and the parts team 3. No one returned my call. Overall it was a frustrating experience, if you are going to have automated systems, that’s fine, but it needs to relay the correct information.
