Dean in the collision department was awesome. He provided consistent communication and regular check-ins throughout the 30 days my Jeep was there. His friendly, knowledgeable customer service made the process smooth, and he ensured my Jeep was repaired perfectly and looked like new. I was very satisfied with the results.

I really believed Bartow Ford was different. The customer service was wonderful. The shocking poor quality control in collision repair was very disappointing and the lack of attention to detail and care for my vehicle were absent in the final result.

Matt in collision service is the best ever. We had brought our chrysler Pacifica in after hitting a big raccoon. There was alot of damage. At first he said a week and it took almost a month. We were fine with it, especially since we had a rental. I didn't want them to rush and to be sure everything was done right. Matt sent pictures to us about what had happened. This dealership runs like a very tight ship and never see anyone playing around. Very very please. The driver whopicked me up for the rental, I didn't get his name was also very nice. He was polite and answered questions about the van he was driving..lol.. The only complaint is the young girl sitting at the collision desk as a greeter. She was not very friendly at all and belive me she was not busy. There was a sign on her desk about having to work to buy stuff....she would make a company lose business with her customer service. Sorry but everything else was great.
