Communication could use improvement. When I was contacted about my repair being complete late friday afternoon I told the representative I wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle until after work the next day (Saturday), at which time they failed to inform me of the hours of operation. Needless to say, I was rather frustrated and annoyed when I arrived around 330 Saturday afternoon to pick up the vehicle and there was no one there to help me.
