The repairs were excellent! However looks like the car might have been sitting in direct sunlight because the screen on the radio now has black spots all over it where the sun may have damaged it.

I always speak highly of Bartow Ford and will always deal with Bartow Ford. I do think some of the habits practices and beliefs of the former management is being lost amongst the new management and that is something that will of course change back to the good I’m fairly certain that we don’t want to experience the events that would force that change. Hopefully, it will be noticed and corrected.

Number one! If I bring my vehicle for service and the vehicle has a warning on the dash I really should be notified and asked if that vehicle should be moved to service where the warning can be analyzed. Second. If there’s going to be a charge for reading that warning that coincidentally can be done for free at the local parts store. I would need to be notified of what the charge would be.
