They had my vehicle for almost a month and had to take it back twice for things not done right and its still not right. Rather just take my losses and move on.

I appreciate the quality of the work, vehicle looks great. I did not care for the lack of communication throughout the process. I heard from Basil 1x after dropping the vehicle as they called me with an approximate estimate. After that, I never heard from them again. I called about three or four times to receive updates. I was told on a Wednesday that the vehicle would be completed by end of day and that they would call me. I never received the phone call. finally, I called again on Friday, was told the vehicle was ready and that they had been calling me. I never received any texts, or messages from Basil Ford. I know they have my number because I continue to get these nuisance text messages asking me for a review. Would have been nice if they would’ve been as persistent to let me know the vehicle was actually ready

When I tried to address this concern when I picked up the vehicle, they all looked at me like I was crazy and basically said it was my fault. I didn’t receive any messages because I must have a spam blocker on my phone.

They scratched my car up next to where they replaced the trunk. Those scratches were not there after the accident before it was taken to the shop. The trunk they replaced sticks sometimes too.
