So far I am having no issues with the repairs that were done.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the several individuals I spoke with regarding the repairs and communication with my insurance. I do know that they were not honest with me or the insurance company form the beginning . All the complaints and complications that took place with the repair/service reps over a month were very stressful. It’s actually too much to type here, I will just say that I will never recommend anyone to Basil Ford for anything including purchasing a vehicle.
