The mirror is working very well but my car is slow to start like the battery is not working properly since the repairs to the mirror and the oil change. This was not happening prior to the repairs. What caused it?

The best customer experience is when everything flows with zero hiccups. I’ve dealt with the same gentleman twice and I can’t say the second time was easier than the first because each time was 1-2-3 simple as pie. When dealing with something as large as your transportation for work life etc being on a stand still is made as simple as purchasing a bag of lays from a store with no one in line, you use a lot of words to express how great they were while ending everything with you have no words that can express how simple the process was made.

Very happy with the repair, and the agent I worked with Dylan was helpful he called with updates answered all my questions. When I informed him my rental coverage was ending on 10/3/2025 he arranged for me to return the rental and the dealers customer pick up van brought me to the dealer . I was able to take my car home for the weekend and brought my car back on Wednesday and they finished up my repairs and took care of a few minor things I pointed out. Everything was taken care of within the hour. Great customer service
