All staff were very helpful and repairs were completed in a timely manner. I did receive 2-3 e-mails the day I dropped the car off stating I would get updates on the status of my repairs, I did not receive any updates. I contacted the center for an update the day the repairs were completed. All things considered, a positive experience.

Extremely honest and helpful. Kept me informed the entire time and made an appointment for me with the Subaru dealer when they couldn't get the window programmed. You do a great job and I'll be back if i need service again, Thank you for al you do.
