Hi, I wanted to clarify my response to the survey. I selected “No” only because that was the only option available to let you know about an issue I noticed with the vehicle. My mom is Michelle , and I’m her son and the owner of the vehicle. When I picked up the car, I opened the door and noticed it was making a noise that sounded like something was loose. When I got home, I checked it and found that a bolt was loose. I tightened the bolt myself, and the issue was resolved. Other than that, I was satisfied with the repairs and the service I received. I just wanted to make you aware of the loose bolt, since there wasn’t another way to provide that feedback through the survey.

They did an amazing job, I did mention that after that guy hit me, I started to hear this rattling noise like he loosened something im not sure and that was never fixed besides that they did an amazing job thank you

I would have appreciated it if someone would have came out to do a walk around as to what they repaired. Like they've done in the past with previous work done on one of our other vehicles they repaired.
