I would have appreciated it if someone would have came out to do a walk around as to what they repaired. Like they've done in the past with previous work done on one of our other vehicles they repaired.

I have only had my car for a few hours. At this point all is well. I can say though that I have been very impressed with Caliber Collision. Thier communications to me via my preferred method of text was outstanding. As well as my face to face interactions. I believe the were both honest and courteous. The quality of the paint match is spot on, which i feared couldn't be done. I will recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and family.

Unfortunately, Caliber could only move as fast as the Insurance Company. They did their part in a timely manor. We were pleased with the service from Caliber and would recommend them.

I was never made aware of extra costs of my deductible. I’m not satisfied with having to create costs after my insurance coverage. This is very poor customer service, I called in and talked to someone and management never got back to me. Very disappointing.
