The morning after picking the car up, it wouldn't start. Something killed my battery during service. I was without my car for a day and a half and was not able to acquire a rental during.

The body shop people are very professional. The service was relatively quick even when hidden damage was found during the repair and the Insurance company had to issue another approval.
