When you're told your weather stripping is popped up from your window because your car is older even though it might be from our car wash is not something you want to hear. My weather stripping has never come out before until it was in your shop and I mentioned it to Matt Matt said I'll have to check my camera to see my photos on your car. Meaning it may have been like that before. Also had to bring my car back in because when he took the door panel off he did not put it on correctly and there was a crack blowing cold air inside my car from the door handle. He did fix it. Just the overall experience was not what I expected.

The staff at Basney were superb. Customer service was outstanding! Greg and his team were a friendly team to work with- personable, yet professional. Knowledgeable and applied great service. My vehicle looked like it just came off of the new car lot- perfect inside and out. I am so appreciative for all of the hard work and diligence put into the work and repairs.
