Picked up car, was told work was complete. Got in car, there was a seal for the back rear window on my passenger seat, unopened. Was assured the car was inspected and the work was complete after taking this piece into the office. Drove home, and notice there was still a large hole in the rear wheel well cover and the the black trim around it has several gaps and was not lying flush. The is going to cost me more time.

The rim on my car had to be replaced due to damage caused by the accident. Basney had my car for a week since I was on vacation and they needed to keep it an extra week since another part was required for repair which is totally acceptable. I was told after the two weeks that another day was needed to detail. I received the car with grease all over the rim and no valve stem cap. It even looked worse than when I brought it in.
