As previously stated, I will never recommend this place again and I regret recommending it in the past. I feel sorry for any customer and co worker that has to deal with the manager that is more worried about hitting his vape than upholding business values

I had to take my truck back multiple times, vape bro manager was an absolute joke. The painter Danny should be in charge over that guy. My front passenger side wheel and tire is damaged after the repair.

Went back in to get an issue resolved with overspray all over, they attempted to fix it and in the mean time they damaged the vinyl on the door, upon bringing up the damage that they just cause Vape bro manager tried telling me that they never worked on my car and that it’s a factory defect… that was odd

You did fine work, but rather than the four days you promised, it was two weeks, a full fourteen days. Fortunately it did cause me any discomfort, just anxiety.

The staff is super friendly, and easy to work with. They explain everything so well. Amber is amazing. I felt extremely well taken care of and I knew my vehicle was in really good hands. This is a shop that I know I can trust, and that is a hard thing to find these days.

I think I covered this already, but Amber was an absolute amazing communicator. She talked to me immediately, unlike other shops, gave me a quote immediately, unlike other shops, the quote was a better price than other shops, she set up the appointment for me. She called to remind me of my appointment, unlike other shops, took in the vehicle and took pictures, and explained how everything was going to go down and when my vehicle should be ready. Just super happy with this shop.
