Neighbor CRASHED my Volvo while parked. Returned better than before. Debris in highway was un-avoidable and damaged my Acura, again, returned better than before incident. Extra parts ordered and insurance balked and they wanted the best outcome…..a day or 3 extra. An OEM surcharge ( blame ins not Batts ) and they will deliver better than before incident. Believe

2 times my cars were damaged ( one significantly ) and Batts returned them better than prior to their incidents ( both NF by the way )…. Higher end and relatively new to me I asked about who is really good around Greensboro.. There may be several, but any unfortunate incidents for family / friends I hear about. I recommend Batts on Guilford Col Rd. (

They explained the situations as parts arrived, Left side part delivered in box marked right…..etc.. This really requires OEM, that not so much etc.. Just generally, once brought in, appreciate the standards they’ve achieved for me twice. It took a couple extra days. Returned better than prior to unfortunate incident. That’s a win for me in this day and age….
