You ordered the wrong bumper, then received the wrong bumper a second time - costing me several days to a week of inconvenience. You and/or your supply made mistakes and I was the one who paid. The work looks fine, but the bumper was installed in such a manner that the trailer lights connection couldn’t be accessed. I appreciated the boys fixing it right away, but again I was inconvenienced sitting there for another hour.

The repair was a great job. How ever the communication about the repair and when it was going to be completed was good. I had to call both times to receive an update. The last call I was told "It will be ready in a few minutes". Also, when I picked up my car it smelled musty and had a scratch on the inside of my window glass.
