Not happy with the quality. I feel like they don't really care to fix it correctly. I understand they other vehicles they are working on but I feel like I'm being pushed aside.

The repair had a horrible paint job and there is a dent in the new bumper. They told me they were gonna order another one and would paint it and have it ready so when they called me to bring my car back they wouldn't have my vehicle for maybe m9re than a day or two. It's been over a month and they keep telling me they haven't gotten another one yet.i will be calling Grange today to see if you will have better luck than me because it seems like I keep getting the run around. I've been more than patient and I think it's just ridiculous now.

Back end was fixed in less than a week!!! Even tho it was minor damage it was greatly appreciated to have it done so quickly. Looks great too! I spoke with Jesse most and he was very quick to respond to my emails and always straight forward. Thank you all!

I went to use my horn today and it’s not working. I’m not sure if they checked anything under the hood. I had told them what I knew wasn’t working prior to service. . That is the left blinker,air conditioning , front left tire pulling needed alignment and a possible broken tie rod. I ne ruined several times that I hoped they checked u der the hood for further damages. Hoping there’s not more. I spoke with Annie today and will be taking my car in in a few days as I’m out of town to have the horn checked.

The actual repair looks good but their communication skills are very poor. It took 6 plus weeks. Never received any updates unless I called numerous times on my vehicle. I got my car back this past Tuesday night and went to use my horn Wed am and it didn’t work. It worked prior to the accident. I called the dealer that day and took it in today to be checked. They are ordering a part. Hoping nothing else shows up not working!!
