I went to use my horn today and it’s not working. I’m not sure if they checked anything under the hood. I had told them what I knew wasn’t working prior to service. . That is the left blinker,air conditioning , front left tire pulling needed alignment and a possible broken tie rod. I ne ruined several times that I hoped they checked u der the hood for further damages. Hoping there’s not more. I spoke with Annie today and will be taking my car in in a few days as I’m out of town to have the horn checked.

The actual repair looks good but their communication skills are very poor. It took 6 plus weeks. Never received any updates unless I called numerous times on my vehicle. I got my car back this past Tuesday night and went to use my horn Wed am and it didn’t work. It worked prior to the accident. I called the dealer that day and took it in today to be checked. They are ordering a part. Hoping nothing else shows up not working!!

Car is still making sounds. Took it back and a worker got in the car and witnessed the same sounds I was hearing. He did say I can bring it back later this week to get it checked out.(what I asked for and he confirmed it). So I’m very happy about that.
