The team did an excellent job on the vehicle and returned cleaned and in great shape! It was a long 2 months. However, I only received 3 emails (3 days in a row) of the status of the vehicle. I had to call a few times to get updates. Hopefully, the automated notification system can be more robust and consistent for others in the future. Thanks for the loaner vehicle! Valarie was great!
